Returns & Right of Withdrawal

We have a 14-day return policy.
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Once your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior notice will not be accepted. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at siemensstr.30@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Custom & Non-Returnable Items

Custom products, bespoke manufacturing, special orders, pre-order and made-to-order furniture pieces cannot be returned or refunded. Please contact us if you have questions regarding your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item, and once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Shipping Policy

S30 offers worldwide shipping.
Freight costs are calculated based on item dimensions and weight, whether shipping is included or calculated at checkout is indicated on each individual product page.

Please note that orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are not included in our delivery charges and must be paid by the recipient.
