this bag is part of our own collection, released through D/PARTMENT. It features a magnetic lid with a laser engraved logo as well as a leather carrying cushion that can be removed.

this piece is made from brushed aluminum and leather.
process
the process for this object consists of three parts: first it was visualized by our team, including a carton model, then it was sampled in different aluminum finishes along with different closing mechanisms and then finally it was produced using a combination of welding and bending as well as sewing and glue for the closure mechanisms.
